Well, my 22nd marathon is complete, what a great day Saturday for the marathon, I wanted to finish around 4:15 or so, and but I had set my sights on a 4:30, as I ran with the 4:30 pace group for about 18 miles………but the warm weather and my lack of long runs prior to the marathon had me finish somewhere in the high 4:30′s, if I still worried about time, I’d be dissapointed, but I was out there having fun, taking pictures, and meeting lots of great runners, one girl I met at mile 22 had come all the way from Birmingham, Alabama to run here in Hartford.
It was a great time, my legs are killing me today……..and I can’t wait ’til next year! Here are just a few of the many photos I took with my I-Phone out on the course:
